Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Creator Studio application (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Who operates the Service

The Service is a browser-based workspace for AI character creation, reference libraries, photo and video workflows, character replacement, motion control, edits, upscaling and saved outputs. The specific features and supported models shown in the application can change over time and may differ by workflow.
2. How generation works (bring your own key)
The Service prepares and submits generation requests to WaveSpeed using the API key you connect to your account (“bring your own key”, or BYOK). Source-video analysis and prompt rewriting inside the Service may use Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude; those analysis and rewriting tools are included in your platform membership and are not billed separately by us.
WaveSpeed is a separate, independent service. Your WaveSpeed account, its usage charges, its model availability and any refunds from WaveSpeed are governed by your own agreement with WaveSpeed, not by these Terms. Paying for a Creator Studio subscription does not purchase WaveSpeed credit or guarantee that any particular model will remain available.
3. Accounts, eligibility and provider access
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service. Keep your login credentials and any connected API keys secure, and connect only a WaveSpeed account and credentials that you are authorized to use. Using paid generation workflows requires both an active platform subscription and a working WaveSpeed account with sufficient provider balance. Creating an account does not, by itself, start a paid subscription.
4. Subscription price and renewal
The platform subscription costs USD 329 per month and renews automatically every month until you cancel. The exact amount due, billing frequency and renewal date are shown before you confirm payment. Generation usage on WaveSpeed is billed separately to your own WaveSpeed account; Creator Studio does not sell generation-credit packs.

5. Your references and content
You retain whatever rights you already hold in the images, videos, prompts and other material you upload (“your content”). You grant us a limited license to store, process and transmit your content as needed to deliver the workflows you request, including sharing relevant images, videos, prompts and references with the providers required for that specific workflow (for example WaveSpeed, Google Gemini or Anthropic Claude).
Upload only material you own or are authorized to use. Get appropriate permission before uploading a real person’s likeness or material belonging to someone else. Do not use the Service to impersonate anyone deceptively, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, submit unlawful content, or abuse or exploit people. Follow the usage rules of whichever model or provider you select. Connecting your own API key does not waive your responsibilities, or ours, under applicable law — a request being technically accepted does not mean the material is lawful or cleared for publication.
6. AI-generated results
Outputs from AI workflows can be inaccurate, inconsistent or unsuitable for your intended use. Identity, anatomy, clothing, text, dialogue and timing may all differ from your instructions or references. Always review an output — and confirm you hold the rights you need — before you rely on or publish it. Retrying a workflow may incur additional charges from your provider.
We do not promise that any output is unique, that it qualifies for copyright protection, or that every generated element is cleared for commercial use. Your rights in an output also depend on the terms of the applicable model/provider and on the rights you held in your inputs.
7. Availability and restrictions
The Service depends on third-party providers and can be affected by outages, queue times, moderation decisions or changes to a provider’s models. We may restrict requests from, or suspend, accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law, subject to any notice, contractual remedies and mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
8. Ending your subscription
Cancelling stops future renewals, in line with the instructions shown in your account and our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Cancelling your Creator Studio subscription does not automatically cancel your separate WaveSpeed account or reverse WaveSpeed’s own charges, and generation requests you already made may already have incurred provider charges.
9. Your legal rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence may give you rights in addition to these Terms — see also our Cancellation & Refund Policy for EU withdrawal rights.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of [GOVERNING COURT], unless mandatory law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service, our providers or applicable law change. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date shown on this page. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
