Cancellation & Refund Policy

This page explains how to cancel your Creator Studio subscription, what happens afterward, and your rights around refunds. Read it together with our Terms of Service.

1. Your subscription

The Creator Studio subscription costs USD 329 per month and renews automatically every month until you cancel. Generation charges on WaveSpeed are separate from your Creator Studio subscription and are billed to, and governed by the terms of, your own WaveSpeed account.

2. How to cancel

Cancel at any time from the customer portal linked in your account/billing settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not cancel your separate WaveSpeed account or reverse WaveSpeed’s own charges.

3. What happens after you cancel

Our intended approach is to stop your next renewal and let you keep access until the end of the billing period you already paid for. We are still finishing configuration and testing of the cancellation flow in our billing provider’s customer portal, so treat this section as a proposal until that testing is complete and this draft notice is removed.

4. Refunds

Beyond the mandatory rights described below, we have not yet finalized a voluntary refund policy for this subscription. We do not refuse refunds outright, and we do not promise them either — if you have a question about a specific charge, contact us using the details on our Contact page.

5. Your mandatory rights

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, unless a specific legal exception validly applies. We do not treat that right as waived merely because you started using the Application; where the law requires us to ask you to expressly request immediate performance during the withdrawal period, we will ask for that separately in checkout. Whatever we decide as a voluntary refund policy, it does not replace the mandatory remedies you have if the Service does not conform to our agreement with you, under the law of your country of residence.
