End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) supplements our Terms of Service and governs your use of the Creator Studio web application (the “Application”). It is entered into between you and WSD Agency s.r.o., Pri Hrubej lúke 3634/1, 841 02 Bratislava, Slovakia. If anything here conflicts with the Terms of Service on a licensing question, this EULA controls.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the Application, you accept this EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.

2. License grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA and an active subscription where required, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Application to operate your own content business. This license does not extend to any other person or entity, and it ends automatically if your subscription or account ends.

3. Restrictions

You will not, and will not help anyone else:

  • reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble the Application;
  • scrape, crawl or bulk-extract data from it;
  • automate access in a way designed to abuse or circumvent its intended limits;
  • resell, sublicense or redistribute access to the Application; or
  • share your account or login credentials with anyone else.

4. Acceptable use

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Application. You will not use it to create, upload or request:

  • content depicting minors in any sexual or exploitative context;
  • sexual content involving a real, identifiable person without that person’s documented consent; or
  • content that is illegal, hateful, deceptive, or intended to harm or exploit someone.

You will follow the acceptable-use policy of every model provider used by your workflow (including WaveSpeed and any model it routes to). You are responsible for having the rights needed for any reference material you upload.

5. Your inputs and outputs

You keep whatever rights you already held in material you upload to the Application (“inputs”). Outputs generated for you are yours to use, subject to the terms of the model/provider that produced them and to applicable law, and subject to the rights you actually held in your inputs. We do not claim ownership of your inputs or outputs; we only take the limited license described in our Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service to process them and deliver the Application to you.

6. Third-party services and your own API key (BYOK)

Generation workflows run on WaveSpeed using the API key you connect (“bring your own key”). Your WaveSpeed account, its credentials, its usage fees and its own terms are entirely your responsibility and are separate from this EULA. We are not responsible for WaveSpeed’s or any other provider’s availability, pricing, moderation decisions or changes to their models.

7. AI-generated content — no guarantee of accuracy

Outputs are produced by third-party AI models and can be inaccurate, inconsistent, biased or unsuitable for your intended use. Always review an output — and confirm you hold any rights you need — before relying on it or publishing it.

8. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue features of the Application, including because a provider changes or withdraws a model, without that being a breach of this EULA. We will try to give reasonable notice of material changes where practical.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your license if you breach this EULA or the Terms of Service, or if required by law, subject to any notice and remedies applicable consumer law gives you. You may stop using the Application, and cancel your subscription, at any time as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Application and its outputs are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. This does not affect any warranty that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer-law guarantees that apply to you.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WSD Agency s.r.o. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Application. Nothing in this EULA limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or removes any mandatory right or remedy available to you as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.

12. Governing law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of [GOVERNING COURT], unless mandatory law entitles you to bring proceedings elsewhere.
